My son adores that molten cake. One thing I always loved in France was Ile Flotantte. Rarely do you find that on a menu in the US. Funny it didn't make the list. It seems these three are on almost every menu. My favorite would have to be different flavors of Pot de Crème which I prefer to Mousse.
