How to peel a lot of Garlic real quick

Reading recipes online I stumbled upon a more than useful method of how to peel a lot of garlic real quick. So simple, so useful!

Separate a head of garlic into individual cloves

Pour boiling water over the cloves, let sit for one minute, rinse with cold water

You will have those cloves peeled in no time at all - great!

  6. That will greatly help me with all the garlic peeling: ) Another thing I do is to bash the cloves with a knife; it helps the skin to come out and realise the oils - make your hands nice and garlicky though!

  8. Fresh garlic in heads is so much better than the pre-peeled ones you can buy in plastic jars in the refrigerator section of the grocery store. The problem is peeling the cloves and the skins that stick to your fingers while you are peeling them. I have tried lots of ways to peel large quantities without much success. I have not tried way but will definitely do so soon.
