      Thank you Özlem! Turkey was very cold but I now know every amphitheatre and ancient temple around Izmir, ephesus etc. and we had a wonderful time trying yet more delicious Turkish food.

    I have to agree with the above. cooking with wine is just wonderful so long as you can still stand up at the end of making the dish. LOL Diane

    Welcome back! I often cook with wine too. In Italy, probably like in France you use it in cakes as well, just a little to give it a nice aroma.
