Just a little Follow Up

 
And this is what the Ossobucco alla Milanese looked like all plated up:
Sprinkled with Gremolata and Polenta on the side

  1. As I said, I love Ossobucco. Yours looks delicious Barbara. When we were in Como Italy last fall, I ordered the Ossobucco in a trattoria in the middle of town. It came with risotto Milanese and it was delicious.
